 Seminars & Workshops
IEN periodically hosts one-day seminars and one or two-day workshops aimed at US oil and
gas companies that want to broaden their capital-raising skills. These events are
outstanding opportunities to gain new knowledge and to network with other oil and gas
executives.
Our most popular seminar is titled, Raising Capital in Europe for North American
Oil and Gas Projects. Another popular IEN seminar is Going
International. This seminar is designed for firms considering projects outside
the US.
IEN hires recognized experts to provide the lecture and training material. These experts
come from both the U.S. and Europe, and have direct, successful experience in the subject
matter on which theyre speaking. A typical seminar audience is 75-100
representatives of successful oil and gas firms. In addition to the chance to network with
other oil and gas executives, participants also meet Europeans who are involved in raising
capital on a daily basis.
IEN Workshops are smaller and more hands on than the seminars. Workshops are
limited enrollment, instructional events which give each attendee a full opportunity to
air his questions and get practical, on-the-spot answers from the IEN staff and highly
qualified guest instructors. Two days in duration, these Workshops are un-paralleled as a
method of getting deep into the nuts and bolts of Raising Capital in
