IEN pursues its capital-raising mission on a global basis. Oil may be anywhere, and in the radically changed world of modern commerce, capital is now totally trans-national. Our role is to network with organizations located in many diverse areas and bring interested parties together for mutual profit. How We Work
The core of our business is our Consulting Service, which involves all of our networking activities and which is aimed at raising capital for oil and gas operators. "Consulting," to us does not mean just giving advice. It means full, hands-on management of capital-raising projects. To support this service, we have developed a vast, international database of oil and gas executives and financing sources. As we discuss projects and opportunities with individuals in this database, and as we mail out newsletters and host special events, we constantly learn of other individuals and organizations who can provide either capital or projects. This process is called networking. We practice it on behalf of our clients and we provide various services to help others practice it, as well. These services include Proprietary Trips, Seminars and Workshops, Targeted Direct Marketing and Conferences.
Recently, IEN has involved an exciting new model of capital raising which we call the Multi-Operator Model. This model allows smaller operators to raise capital all across Europe at a highly favorable cost of capital.
